We have been privileged to have Robin as our realtor for the purchase and subsequent sale of our house in Richmond, KY. She worked relentlessly to help us find our house initially, as we had very specific requirements, and stayed with the effort through offers on two prior houses which failed inspections. She then helped us find and negotiate for the ultimate purchase in 2007. We then needed to move in 2010 and Robin again worked tirelessly to market our house, provided us with great advice on how to improve our sale prospects and ultimately negotiated a sale in a very difficult market. We believe Robin is the epitome of a professional real estate agent--knowledgeable of the market and tenacious in pursuing her client's needs, yet extremely personable and a pleasureable realtor with whom to work. Robin helped us sell our house in 2011. We were out-of-state, and found that she was very good about keeping tabs on our property and letting us know what was happening with our listing. We found her very willing to go above and beyond in working with us (for instance, vacuuming our downstairs when the maid service we had hired failed to do so right before the closing, and picking up and sending unforwarded mail to us). She also gave us excellent recommendations for lawn service and repair services and was always available to let service people into our home when necessary. We found Robin to be very friendly and hard working. Were we still in the area we would most certainly use her again, and give her our highest recommendation. (less)
